Their undercoat is soft and thick and the outer coat is curly, giving them a powderpuff look. Their facial expression is alert an inquisitive with very dark eyes. Described as a feisty, sensetive, playful, and affectionate dog makes them a welcome addition to any family. They are well known for having a very cheerful personality that enjoys socializing with people and other dogs.
